  1. Yes, they did take place, I was there watching. As for an answer to why the results do not get posted, I have no idea. I am just a parent / fan in the stands that enjoys watching great wrestling. But I try to post results and notable matches that took place during those meets. About TEC, I think I will make a few predictions on some of the upper weights.I think the lower weights are going to be a real showdown. Not sure of wrestlers from Northeastern, H-town or Lincoln, I have not seen them this year since the Charlie Hilton was cancelled. The title should come down to Centerville or Winchester, either way.  These predictions are only my opinion!!!!

126 - Centerville ( not sure of name sorry, but definitely a winner )

    145 - Prescott W/C

    170 - Underwood W/C  (possibly)

    182 - Barron - Union City

    195 - Cook Tri

    220 - Hangen W/C

    285 - Minges Union County

  2. Yes it will be a dual style tourney, I believe. I have not heard of any changes to how it's ran, at least this year. I have heard that there is a lot weight changes as well for this for this event.?? ( only rumors though ) guess we will know for sure tomorrow. It should be a good one too. I feel most certain  it will be between Win. and MC. for the title, and within a couple pointseither way!!!!

  3. I did forget that Union City did have a freshman in the finals to. Don't like to leave people out. So Max Harris great job getting there as a freshman and I have a feeling you will be there in years to come. How is Cambridge City, H-town, North Eastern, and Centerville doing to this point in the season?

  4. Yes. Prescott pinned Brown And from what I saw the Randolph County Title will be a close one! Coming down to Monroe Central and Winchester, with Union City 3rd and Southern 4th. Winchester had 2 kids in the finals and Union City had 2 as well, if I remember correctly. Winchester had Hangen win the finals, ( CONGRATS to him ) and Union City lost both. I believe. But Monroe Central had a few kids in the finals I know Ford, and Phillips both won,( CONGRATS to them ) with Ford beating Prescott. Again showing that R.C title will be close!. I think Winchester has a good shot at the TEC title as well, but will know more once they dual C-ville on the 20th of Jan. with TEC being the 24th. I believe they dual C-ville at Richmond as well in the Charlie Hilton Inv. along with H-town  and Northeastern, which should bring a clearer view into the TEC title.

  5. Tonight at Winchester should be a good one. Looking forard to the 126 match tonight. I think Williams can give Barron a tough match as well. ECIC, should give some good county match ups and maybe even in the finals. (maybe)

  6. That's too bad about  Holcomb, I hope his ankle is going to be ok. I think the Shenandoah Invitational this Saturday has,

Shenandoah, Winchester, Union City, Blue River, Wapahani, Caston.

How about a line up for W/C and U/C?

  7. Winchester's T Underwood, Prescott, Klingle, Halcomb, D Hangen and the rest of the team I believe will look to make a statement, in all matches they wrestle.

But I agree that it could be a dog fight when it comes to the TEC team Championship. But some individuals will stand out from different schools, to keep it shook up. It should be a GREAT season all in all. I personally am looking forward to it:):):)  Best of luck to all wrestlers

  8. Well it was like we thought Y-town put all 14 kids in the finals....But like I said they di not win them all. Wills 113 from munice southside, Grant Gough Winchester, and the Heavy from Muncie Central Which I cant remember his name beat them. And A notable was Garret Calhoun from Monroe Central, he was really HOSED OVER by horrible officiating (sorry for spelling). That match was the worst in the finals. Congrats to all advancing wrestlers. Garret will get him at regionals.:)

  9. I have watched y-town wrestle and they are a very good team. but there could be  a few upsets tomorrow.....Don't count on them winning all classes, there are couple guys I truly believe can beat Y-town. if they are on their game ;) Williams from Winchester beat Y-towns heavy a couple weeks ago too, that gave him back to back wins over them two years in a row. But Williams is out for the rest of the season. (knee issues ) Also the 113 class should be interesting to say the least. Good luck too all wrestlers tomorrow
