I definitely feel there are some favorites for SIAC but refuse to think there isn't a kid from a program outside who we have talked about that couldn't come in and win a title. I am not ready to say that Ferguson, Kelly and Kemper and the rest of Mater Dei are going to win either. I know Nick Lee is perhaps the best high school wrestler in the nation at 126 lbs but that doesn't mean overnight the rest of the team became the best in the SIAC. There are tough kids from every school in the SIAC. What about the Freshman first year wrestler from Harrison who made a deep run into semistate last year? Anyone know if he is going to continue wrestling this year? If he wrestles 220 lbs who can give him trouble?

106- I thought Konrath moved( may be wrong). Great battle with he and Egli

113-132 is stacked with studs and yes Arney is still at Memorial.

I believe that 126 is a lock with Lee(EMD).

145- is a toss up. You have Schnell?, Petrig? Farmer? And a couple others that I can't quite remember.

152- should be Kelley hands down unless he goes lower and then still same results.

160- not sure at this time

170- I say look out for Stotlar

182- HHS I think

195- potentially Blake Blown

220- Barnes of Memorial looking good

EMD is coming back

this year they had to put there 195 220 on jv because they switched from evansville harrison but this year watch out for ralph and butler.

Not so fast.....What about Johnson, Schweitzer, Seng, Clem and about a 1/2 dozen other guys that can compete and win a spot in that weight range?
