Any good TEC matches coming up

Congrats out to Jay County. For most part looked tough all day long. Rough day for the Randolph County schools though. Southern just doesn't have enough wrestlers. MC looked to choke away some high seeds. WC just looked bad except for their surprise at 172. UC seemed to get wins from wyatt and walters, but lost a few that they should have won.

I would vote for Phillips for sure, Handley, and Walters. Close to making the top 3 would be Wyatt and Fuller. Coaches...Union County? Team with possible MOST CHAMPS....Union County. 4 maybe 5 Champs.

ECIC Fans and Coaches and Jay County people, let me know what you think about this idea? I think the ECIC should look into getting teams such as... Jay County Union City Winchester Bellmont Adams Central South Adams Norwell Muncie South East Central Anderson Yorktown Union County Centerville New Haven Shenandoah New Castle. Imagine what that would do for the sport? Imagine the income and competition this would bring to Jay County? Imagine how much this would help seedings at certain sectionals and what this does for the State Tourney? Before anyone says anything about these teams already having a tourney or schedule conflicts. I understand that, but this could all be worked out in a year or two so this could happen. As long as those teams and school officals agreed.

Let's hear about: TOP 3 Wrestlers in the TEC? Basically MVP type candidates? Top Coaching Staff in the TEC? Team Likely to have most Champs at TEC?

This is based on the few teams I have seen in action(Union City, Northeastern, Winchester, Hagerstown, Tri) 106 CENT 113 U City close with U County 120 WC 126 U County 132 U County close with CENT 138 CENT 145 NE close match with U City 152 WC 160 U County 170 U City 182 TOSS UP 195 U City 220 CENT HWT U County close with CENT

I think Union City scores a 3 point victory. I think Union County will give them a run for their money. I have no idea who would win. I just know between those two teams it could be a WAR. Good luck to all teams.

TEC??? I think Union City wins, Union County SECOND, Centerville Thrid. Winchester is down on their luck. Not sure what happened to them. But they have won 3 of the last 4 TEC championships. The one thing I noticed that could hurt this team would be the coaches. I didn't see Coach Mock or Coach Jones there this year, and I think that hurts their chances of winning. Coach Malloy has already done great things with the football team and handled WC at the beginning of the year. Hagerstown might cause some stir as well. There will be some great matches this year during the TEC tourney. GOOD LUCK TO ALL.
