Do you know who moved and how the final bracket looked?

Did I go to sleep on this one? How did the Plymouth sectional get all 4 160 lbers to Regional from the bottom half of the bracket? Keaton Bell TV 9 19-17, Shawn Duff Ply 12 9-15, Mark Hurford Cul 10 13-22 and Everardo Ahuatl War 12 18-7 . ??? ??? 8) Looking at the format shouldn't 2nd place come from the top? Was there a bracket changed on the day of the meet or something?
