Jacob & Nickstero: Your posts deal with too many feelings and emotions.  Don't you realize that it's all  very scientific as to the reasons why 103 needs to be raised to 106 or 107.  The stats dictate that all of wrestlings ills will be cured for the following reasons:

3) Finally, and this is the one that makes the most sense to me, the 140 pound freshman won't get depressed anymore watching a 100 pound freshman get a varsity letter just becasue he was small while the 140 pounder toiled for a year on the j.v. squad.  Actually, he'll feel better about the behemoth that was a junior that never wrestled a day in his life but wrestled 285 and made it to Conseco after being on the team for all of two months.  It will be better because the behemoth was a junior and not an underclassman freshman.

That is why wrestling has weight classes so smaller kids could win....

It was repaired due to someone not checking the brackets to see when they wrestled and then finally figured out they were not on them.  And to my knowledge the computer wouldnt let them just insert them into a previous bye?? Someone correct me if I am wrong here.

they made an announcement before they started wrestling that said if your name wasn't on the bracket, then you need to tell pairings, and if you didn't before wrestling started, then you wouldn't be able to wrestle... nobody said anything until after the wrestling started so they shouldn't of been repaired...

i didn't think it did that well... during the starting, the 119 lbs. weight class in the junior division started wrestling, then they repaired the brackets.... so the 1st round didn't count and that mat ran slow the whole day, also at the end there were so many clear mats that they started the matches every 15 minutes.... so i was still catching my breath from the match before when i was called to my next match...  :-\

the question isn't if they'll be in the championship, it's what brother will get the bragging rights if only one of them wins  ;D
