Alot of people picking the NC semi-state are simply putting Johnson in @ 152.
There are 2 Johnsons, Kirk and Montrail, and both are 1 seeds.
You don't think they are trying to get 2 for 1 do you? ;D
Haha, no i would never. Uhm I'll go with kirk! Like you inferred, both shouldn't have a problem making it.

That was not fleeing the mat. McKinley was attempting to get away and they just happened to be wrestling at the edge. It could have happened anywhere on the mat. Kieffer likes to wrestle on the edge, so McKinley didn't have a lot of options in my opinion. Great job Jared!

What are we teaching the kids here? That it is ok to completely give up when winning is improbable. Should football teams stop competing in the state series because Carmel and Warren win a lot. NO! Because every few years teams comes along like LC and Fishers and shows why ALL the teams compete. It isn't the elite team's fault that "5or6 teams have a real chance" of winning state. That should be even more reason for coaches to coach with more purpose, and wrestlers to compete better. This is truly ridiculous, an utter embarrassment.

The only team that will compete with the dogs is Perry. Unfortunately for jimmy he may run into another great team. Perry's problem is there non dominance of there SQ, and weakness in a few weight classes. CP doesn't have that. CP is Great!

Lecount by atleast 6 over Newkirk.

What happened to Cheh from FC?

- possibly toughest weight class at the tourney
-
It has been a two day tourney for the last ten years, but is going to just a Saturday tournament this year. I'm not sure when the seedings are though.

Jared's six high school losses are as follows:
103- Cody Phillips SS finals
Dustin Kief Friday Night
112- Brendan Cambell SS finals, 3rd place match at state
Kyle Ayresman Semi-Finals at State
125- Josh kieffer Conference Indiana finals
...quite an impressive loss list. May i also add he has redeemed two of his losses, three wins over kieffer and two wins over dusty kief, not that that matters. Just thought id point it out.
