I witnessed Nate's matches Saturday. He did wrestle well, however in the semi-final match vs McKee, Nate was (IMO) very fortunate to win that match. The final OT ride-out McKee got away and the ref blew the call. Bad calls are  part of the sport and they go around both ways in many matches. Nate wrestled great in the finals and earned the title. He took advantage of his opportunity in front of him and CONGRATS  to him. BTW I was pulling for him in the match vs Mckee because of the close scores between Columbus East and Connersville 

the call was legit mcKee was standing out of bounds therefore no escape

i mean equivilent to a 145 pounder beating a 145 pounder!

how can you guys say winning at 103 is easy? 1. he is still the state champion. 2. that means he beat the best. 3. when your at 103 beating another 103 pounder is equivilent to a 145 pounder beating a 103 pounder!

Connersville should have two or three

Kyle Barret came  only 5th in sectionalslast year!!! he back this year with a lot of hard word and a lot of heart. He  finished 2nd in sectional 2nd in regional 2nd in semistate and 8th in state. I was impressed with this young mans will to win. I congratulate him with all my heart being kyles team mate  in made this amazing senior year more respectable in my eyes

That's pretty bad to not have a check scale before sending kids into "The Room"...that's always been kind of annoying the way they treat weigh-ins like such a top secret area at state!  We'll be brining our own digital, hope it's close enough! [/b]

i dont think indiana should class the team state because if its classed then you truley do not know who is the best team

Josh Farrel iS a very talented wrestler but there is no way he is 2x state champ
