Come out to South Putnam on Saturday, November 3 at 10:00am for the first annual Eagle Fitness Challenge! A 5k run, pushup challenge, dumbell carry, wieghted rope pull, lunges, and burpees...any one of these individually would be no problem, but all of them in succession will test your conditioning!
