brickfor6
Tsirtsis ranked #1 right off the bat. Looking forward to watching him this upcoming season!
MattM
He is also listed as #20 on last years final pound for pound rankings (still up now), so hopefully he can climb a little higher on that list too. Justin Ratliff
Hopefully he take a more offensive approach. Relying on defense last year kind of bit him in the butt. He is fun to watch in the last few seconds when the score is close though.
maligned
He admitted in interviews after NCAAs last year that he had been too stressed about not losing instead of just focusing on improving his skills. Hopefully, that awareness carried through the offseason and compels him to be more offensive this year. With two super sophs a year better (Clagon and last year's nemesis Sorenson), a freestyle stud in Henderson, and a bigger star than he's faced in either of his first two years (Retherford...two years advanced from a true freshman campaign in which he owned a victory over Logan Stieber) breathing down his neck, I think he'll need more offense than ever before to take another title. It should be a fun season.
