This is for one PETITION into the 2024 IndianaMat Hoosier Preseason Open.
To register multiple athletes select the quantity of 1 and add to cart, then repeat with the second wrestler's information.
 
Entries are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other athletes.
 
Unauthorized payments for wrestlers that do not earn petitions WILL NOT be refunded.

  • Name of wrestler that you are registering

  • Name of wrestler that you are registering

  • Weight class, note this can be changed at weigh-ins

  • Team/School they will be representing

  • To release contact information for college coaches that purchase the event packet

  • For college coach contact information

  • Please input pertininent state and national credentials for separation. This refers to high school state placements/qualifications and national level placements.
