  3. I noticed a couple of kids listed as state qualifiers , does that mean ever or last season ? The couple I noticed are seniors this year and qualified as freshmen and not since then .. I am asking because I just want to understand which way it is suppose to be ? In the question for separation , is it asking ever or last year? This is a question in general not just for this tourney, other tourneys use this same method.. Also will someone go thru to verify the criteria for this tournament?
