Join us tonight at Jeffersonville High School, 3X National Champ Brandon Reed will be running practice. While wrestling for Lindsey Wilson in college, Brandon was a 4X NAIA AA and 3X NAIA Champ at HWT, finishing 4th, 1st, 1st, 1st. His overall career record was 82-12 and he is the most dedicated and accomplished athlete in Lindsey Wilson history. Next Tuesday (April 12th) from 4:00PM to 6:00PM, Division I Bellarmine University Head Coach Ned Shuck will be running practice. This is open to 6th thru 12th graders. If you haven't gotten the chance to learn from Coach Shuck, this is a great opportunity! He is a wealth of knowledge and a great coach. Commentating is so much harder than it looks, specially with wrestling where action can go from 0 to 100 so you don't have a lot of time to introduce concepts/info/etc.. since it gets interrupted by the action. I've done commentating this year for Bellarmine University's home meets and the first dual was a giant wakeup call. -

Coaches Joe Somerville and Brent Maddox down at Jeffersonville do a great job! There is a reason Jeff has a ton of kids ever year and Joe (2019 Assistant Coach of the Year) is a big part in that Also I'm not sure there are too many programs that can say they have a coach that trains a current UFC hwt fighter... (Coach Maddox trains Don'Tale Mayes)

Depends on what you are trying to get out of it Rudis+ is basically a ton of technique videos, versus Flo which you get live events and other content. With that said, I've been super impressed with the quality of videos on Rudis+

We used MatBoss for the first time last year and love it so far. One of the neat features is you can see how many times a kid has logged in to watch their film
