Of course, lots of great skills to be learned from the Olympic styles that carry over into the scholastic season. It also breathes fresh air into the room with the difference of techniques/styles and gets kids out of their comfort zone.

I witnessed a coach get a misconduct for asking about a stalling earlier in the day because it was a questioning a judgement call, and then in the finals this judgement call gets overturned after being asked about. Very frustrating day to say the least...

Greenfield Central hasn’t wrestled a single dual with their full lineup yet. Being banged up is an unfortunate part of the sport we all have to deal with. Hopefully the powers that be let 12 in, and we all get healed up so we can scrap to our full potential.

Last year in 3A the vote in teams finished 2nd and 3rd overall. There are 6 teams on the outside looking in that could potentially win this tournament. Make it 12 and let’s see what happens.
