Thumbs up to Vega and the whole crew at Portage on the face off introductions. Not only did they tell the Indianamat Rankings of their wrestlers but also announced Covaciu and Streck as "Number one ranked and returning state champs". Classy gesture by Portage.

Does anyone think that someone will actually go 6 minutes with Micic? He has to be the most technically sound wrestler in the tournament. I believe he will either tech fall or pin his way through the tournament.

Merrillvilles 132lb Jacob Covaciu. Only losses are close matches with Burlison, Torres, and Hartman. Alot of potential in this kid.

At this point Bobby is at a whole different level, so the battle will be between Sopko and Brassea for second and third. -
I believe Micic TF Peek at regionals. I'm going to go out on limb and say Micic at least majors everyone he wrestles.

If CP bumps Tsirtis to 152, why wouldn't Merrillville just forfeit to him and bump the rest of their lineup up. This would make CP go head to head in the upper weights.
