Refs were clowns… the old dude walked over to the head table to check the weighins sheets at first. Came back and said…”he’s good let’s go!” Unfortunately he went and checked the Brownsburg roster. He had no clue what team to go check. It was truly a crap show!!!!

Now that’s funny! The bad thing is he could have weighed in again. He had a 5 pound allowance and missed by .7. Again.. coaches didn’t want to get that last .7 off, they wanted to go booze. The funniest was when they accused Morgan of changing the weights. Again, the only kid that clearly had his weight written in his arm three days after weighins was that kid!!! #WashYaA$$

Hockaday over Ashton Jackson 11-2. If you get a chance… watch Jake’s matches from this week. Kid has matured physically and now has another gear. It’s scary.

Dudes are sooooo mad that they got caught. The only kid that had a weight still written on his arm was the kid that missed weight. Every mom from Pennsylvania was cussing out ol Morgan. Turned very ugly. They said that the didn’t get weighin sheets. When I took teams we had to sign the weighins sheets. They give them out at the coaches meeting also. Those idiot coaches should have pushed away from the bar and made sure their team was on weight and went to the coaches meeting. We have all chose a savage sport. The biggest thing that saves us is our integrity. Those losers cheated for 6 rounds got caught in the 7th by a seasoned staff, took their ball and went home. They withdrew from the tournament. Idiots!!!

Yeah… you can’t get defensive pinned in freestyle so I thought he won. I guess the ref said he grabbed Braylon’s leg. Tough one for sure! Our guy wrestled his ass off. Other than that one situation, he dominated. Great tournament for him.

Braylon Reynolds lost a tough match in semis while winning late in second (the kid that beat him wins it). Very weird finish. Comes back to take 3rd with a quick TF!!! So close to being a US Open champ!!! So proud of our guy!!!

So.. got a good group of placers in 15u. Good stuff!

Gotta win one more to place… right? Looks like we have a few guys in the blood round tomorrow in 15u. Let’s get it fellas!!!

As a guy that helped start that trip, I’m super proud of these boys. The best of the best from Indiana have made that trip. This group of kids have a very bright future. Congratulations to the kids and parents.

As @GenHeavyHandz posted… Gunner not getting enough love. The kid is really good. Hopefully gets that national ranking that he deserves. He’s got a great off season schedule this year. Look for him to continue to impress.

That’s hot garbage. Gunner is a great wrestler, the hardest worker that I know, and a good ol country boy that I have known for years and still addresses me as “Sir” when we speak. He is nothing but a class act and one of the best kids that I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. If you think your go to get any “Good smack talk” from either team, you’ll be waiting forever. It’s not that kinda deal. It’s called mutual respect from kids, coaches, and parents. We all know what it takes to be on these teams. Pretty sure that all of these kids are grinding this week preparing for next year. It’s called respect for your opponents. They all put in the work and know that their opponents do the same. And yes.. Gunner deserves high praise and much love. #NoMore3amPost

Those kids are and always have been class acts! Always impressed with the suits and how nice of kids they are. Big fan of it.

Braylon Reynolds is the real deal. Dominated middle school state. Been beating tons of great kid. Look at the kids track profile. It’s crazy. Guessing he will show out in the high school division at Indy nationals today.

hmmmm .. Ive coached middle school at Brownsburg for 3 years and in this area for 20ish. We’ve actually won a lot of stuff here in that time. and….. did we not have 3 state champs last night??? Came up short team wise, but still pretty proud!!! Call me what you want loser. I’ve never been nothing but positive for my area and have never and I mean never picked against any wrestler or taken joy in a KIDS failure! I’ve never posted anything about or mentioned your team ever. You already got on here and took a shot at my kid after he took a very emotional loss Friday. What’s your deal with me? You’ve got issues. I’ve coached or been a team leader for the majority of state placers over the last decade and a half. I know how much work these kids put in and refuse to discount any of them. You keep getting on here and putting kids on blast when they come up short. Probably because you have been described to me by the cathedral kids as “Ryan Hasbrook the creepy donor guy” … and to top that…. your on the board of directors for a prestigious school and continue to bash people. Man… I bet the other board members appreciate your 2am drunken post. Ryan Hasbrook is a dirt ball rich guy who makes kids feel creeped out. Keep it up. Piss off buddy!!! And… … after my kid graduates with honors from college in a few months and walks across that stage with ZERO debt we will will go out to eat with him and his best friend who happens to be one of the best ever from Cathedral … I will tell him that creepy Ryan Hasbrook said he hasn’t won anything! I anticipate a great laugh! Notice I’ve mentioned nothing about his wrestling accomplishments… it’s about what he got in the end. Did he win or not??? Hey everyone!!!! don't worry..... because stub hub has lower-level tickets for $45 a session!!!!! SMH... what do you think would happen???!!! I told you that the DIRTBALL scalpers would catch wind of the demand for these tickets and cash in. Gonna get worse every year. Get used to it.

I’m suggesting a simple press release that Joe can share with us. Our AD did a fantastic job communicating. Clearly we had coaches parents and fans in this discussion. I believe the term “clear as mud” was used. I may be out of line but I just think that communication could be improved. I have no issue with the process.
