  1. Alec White will bw wrestling 90 t0 98 lbss. during the season. He is starting to grow.
  2. Novice 75 freestyle results from Alecs board are White, Rooks, Mosconi, Miller, Jack Eiteljorge-CIA, Stevie Browning Unattached, Deal,Colton Handley-Humphrey Wrestling
  3. in 2009 the 103 pound class was probable the most talented of all the classes. The state placers have moved up weights and classes and placed and won. Go to an ISWA state tournament and look at how many kids are at novice 70 thru 85 compared to the biggest weights. The talent level is much better because the competition is better. At the IHSAA a fewyears ago, one of the Stahl brothers move up from 145 to 189 to when a state title because the competion was easier. We didn't need a big weight class in Indiana or probably in the United States. I think 112 was as good as 135 with the state tournament missing Cody Lecount at 112 becauses of the level of talent at New Castle.
  4. There has been a check scale in the past and I can't believe there will not be one Friday.
  5. I would be in favor of having alternates in the place of 2 teams. If a wrestler was in both styles he could have been wrestling close to 20 times. Lets do something different and ask the kids what they want.
  6. I am fine with that because my sons are more worried about how they wrestle than placement on stand. Some kids that use to finish higher than oldest boy have quit because parents are to worried about winning and losing. I would like to see true seconds at ISWA Folksytle State.
  7. I would be against seeding wrestlers for a tournament. My son does not know the weight classes he is going until a couple days before the state tournament. He does not want to lose weight. These tournaments are to get kids better for high school. The camps are more important than new sweatsuits. I hope the tournament is keep in Indianapolis because it fill be harder to fill a travel team. The camps should not be mandatory at schoolboy level.
  8. Brenden Campbell will be the state champ at 119 in his junior year. He is over do after an undeated freshman year and a tough 2-0 loss in last years semi-final. Good Luck to all.
  9. I want to thank the Pruitts and the Mills for the positive comments. Alec loves the dual meet season more than individual tournaments. He wanted to prove something to himself and he did it with class. Trent II - GOOD LUCK Tomorrow. The Whites
