With all the huge schools coming into the Merrillville SS the talent pool for the Logan regional is to small to expect them to be on equal footing.The numbers just aren't there if all else is equal and usually with the high regard Region schools place on wrestling the facilities and support aren't equal

Merrillville will have the most state champs, not sure about who will place at state the most.

A whole bunch in merrilville 103 has Brooks/Stevens and Orzechowicz/Halsted 119 has Bradley/Guerra 125 has Penn/Stevens and Napules/Acuna 140 is loaded 145 has Ray/Almarez 171 has Hudson/(Rowe/Berry) 215 has Lentz/Kiegley And Hvywt has Anderson/Everett I'm probably missing a few but the day looks exciting
