    I have a snow cone on the line for his 4 potential state titles! I have some good friends who know CJ pretty well & they told me last yr at the state finals he would be 4X champ! I had my doubts how he was only an 8th grader & had never wrestled a HS match, but he's off to a great start! I'd love to see another 4X champ & id gladly pay up with the Snow Cone in 2016 if he does become a 4Xer Goodluck CJ if CJ wins this year id love to see Coach Red do the Carlton Dance ;D

    Wow! That's a tough draw for Kayla! IMO she's definitely one of top 4 at 120, I agree I would like to see. Full wrestle backs to have a true top 4 but that's just a dream it seems that the current format will be in effect for awhile Garcia & miracle were 2 of my favorites to watch last yr T SS & state, as a fan I'm torn on who to root for! I'll definitely be on my toes for this match Good luck to both!

    #1 Alderman misses weight at 120 120 Inman 120 vs NN rematch of sectional semi finals in regional semis 126 Williams Nw loses in OT, he had a TD in OT that was a not called, I'm a NW guy but a anyone watching the match knows we got hosed 145 #1 van meter comes from behind to hold off #4 Garpow 11-10 #2 Fritz loses to #3 Harrison 9-7

    Great dual for Iowa! They are incredible in carver!!! I had all 10 weight winners right, I would have had team score right if Ramos didn't pin & ballweg didn't get the major Outstanding performance by the Hawkeyes! ;D Iowa wins 22-16, if Evans gives up TD & loses then its 19-19 & PSU wins on criteria, great heart by Evans,i still can't believe he got out on that I really thought brown was getting 2!

    Some great matches so far, 5 more to go! PSU all stars coming up they need Maj TF pins to get back into this dual Carver can really crush a teams soul, right now PSU does not look like the 2X defending Big 10 & Nationa.Champions

    Jason has wrestled some of the Nations Elite wrestlers in the last 12 months, he is competing with all of them I am excited for the next 4 yrs of college and the 2016 Olympics, I think all this experience now will give him the edge over all the other current college wrestlers and even some of the Veterans I am really hoping Jason stays healthy through college and is able to make a run at the 2016 OTT and in Rio

    I have Hickman as a ?, He looked very good last week however I haven't seen Roetker (H) wrestle at all & Harrison has a strong team and a good coach so I can't count out Roetker, if these 2 make the finals us fans should be in for a treat

    Depends on the regional you draw, some are stacked at one weight, weak at another. Some weight classes have #2 or #3 regional finishers that are previous SQ or ranked highly If you get a #1 seed you set yourself up nice, facing a 4 seed first round then a 2 or 3 in the ticket round Rather then a 2 seed facing a 3 seed then a regional champion.. Logan represented very well last yr at Merrilville & State, I hope we can do the same this yr

    If Robinson doesn't want to wrestle nationally I don't knock him for it, if he wants to do football camps & other things then.that's his decision I just think HS athletes should have fun & enjoy multiple sports, as a fan I would like to ser him competee nationally in.wrestling, football, & any other sport he plays, after HS & once in college football will become more like a job & definitely so if he makes the NFL many yrs from now So ya I Just think all Hs athlete's that play multiple sports should not just concentrate on one sport but all the sports they participate in & have fun!

    I remember another guy who said football was his #1 love & wrestling was #2, but he went on to win 2 state titles & was the National Champion his senior yr at Hwt, & was the #1 ranked wrestler in the nation, he still wrestled in some national tournaments & then he went on.to start DT at Ohio state university Dexter Larrimore Merrilville U can love more then 1 sport but if you put in the hard work, Time, commitment, u can excel at more then 1 sport

    How are semi state brackets set up, Is it Regional A vs Regional B & Regional C vs Regional D for all weight classes Or is it randomly selected at each weigh class which regionals face each other, different regional matchups at every weight class?

    120- Koselke will have his handful in.the semis with Inman or chambers! Inman had the lead got hit with 2 technical points in last 30 seconds to go to overtime & koselke won on a questionable reversal call in the 3rd overtime 132 carthers vs Metcalf TL is no gimme 152- u taking martin with the upset round one 4 over 1, u can never count him out 160- madrano vs Sonaty, if madrano isn't healthy then Sonaty will iwin this matchup 182- u taking wade over Doty in the semis, idk Doty beat him last week & I wouldn't count emrich out of the finals, him & Edmond in.the semis should be close I can't wait for Saturday, all about who shows up hungry & brings their A game

    Not bad, 145 is TOUGH, I don't think it will be a sectional rematch, lewis cass kid is too good & fritz is verysolid Garpow vs vanmeter should be a close one Fritz should win round one I like Holemans chances with the upset, senior who has the heart of a lion, obviously I'm pulling for him & the upset round one This weight class will be very fun to watch, goodluck to all 8 only 4 can move on

    Ruth is a stud but Idk about him getting a pin, I have him with a major 174 is another swing match could go either way, I like Brown but not in.carver Hawkeye This will be be a very good dual, bonus points are crucial
