  6. I just found out John had passed as they had a moment of silence for him at the West Noble JV Invite today. I was shocked and saddened to say the least. Just to repeat others, John was a great man. He treated everyone with the utmost respect. As a young coach, John taught me to show respect for the the men behind the stripes. His passion for the sport, wrestlers, and everyone involved was a positive example for all of us. Gone, but never forgotten! Thank you John Brown!
  7. NorthWood Nate Andrews: 2 x Qualifier and a State Champ years: 94, 95, and 96
  8. I think the Coliseum is the best venue in the state to prepare the wrestlers for the State tournament the following weekend. The atmosphere is similar. The whole lower level is cold. Wrestlers need to really get warm before they wrestle. Some of the injuries may be caused by not getting their bodies ready in a cool environment. Moving venues would not be good for the fans, the wrestlers, or wrestling in general. My deepest sympathy to Jeremy Hill, Coach Kerrn, and Jimtown!
