I advise anyone to send their kids on this! It is a great trip, I went a couple years ago and had a blast. The people of japan are amazing, they will cater to you in almost any way you want. My suggestion though is that if you're not much for foreign food this trip may not be for you. You will eat rice all the time!!! The caliber of wrestling is amazing. You are going over there and wrestling some of japans best. I personally got to wrestle an olympic alternate when I went. There are numerous national champs that you will be able to wrestle with or practice with. I miss that trip and I made a verygood friend on that trip and I just wanted to say that coach rhinehart was an amazing guy, he will always be missed by me. But anyways, I want to say good luck to jeffersonville wrestling. Tell darian if he's still wrestling that Luke says good luck this year. Hopefully he remembers me lol. Take care

One thing I have noticed that's kind of funny that I never noticed when I was back in high school is....the spelling is terrible on these forums. I just wanted to make a comment about that, not being mean just saying how entertaining it is to read these now days lol.

The only one that i'm saying since i'm not quite familiar with all the kids or anything this year, is Tatgenhorst should be a favorite if he comes to wrestle. I say this because i had the pleasure of wrestling him about 4 times last year and struggled with himm, but when it came time for sectionals, he didn't do to hot. But if he's on his game, i'd say he's a fairly good pick.

Sorry to hear that. Ashton's a great kid. Tell him i say theres always next year to look forward to whereas some of us don't have next year. lol

Sounds like someone can't handle defeat to well, but it was just like that a couple years back when tony withrow from Bloomington south got slammed n made the md kid lose, when he got his award at the end, 3/4 of the stadium booed him...the mater dei fans, for such a small school they really draw in a crowd of support

Well only problem I have with that is, my neighborhood consists of 1 other person on my road...I live in the country lol

Even if we still have practice I'd rather have school and then practice instead of being at home with food surrounding me all day long!!

Haha, I gotta say I second that LOL, out of the jennings sectional alone the top three have a combined record going into regionals of 105-8, and four of those losses came from each of them wrestling each other and also wrestling each other again at sectionals....in my opinion that does make for a crazy regional LOL and who knows what will happen, I just know that there will be some good matches there LOL

I think that milenbaugh n Armand r gonna have another match up at regionals, n it's very possible for it to go either way, both r good, the final score was 2-1 if you wanted to know that
