As one that has been conditioned to only be able to absorb something as long as a 2 minute YouTube video, I'm not sure I could stand to watch more that 14 weight classes per State Final tournament, let alone 14 times two or three more... Sorry, I know I have issues...

Now a days it would be lawsuit worthy, but not 24 years ago... Things have changed...

I was talked into reffing a Jr High dual between Jimtown and Concord back in the early eighties. My thinking was that I would make a few extra dollars and it was a Jr High match, no big deal... WRONG! By the end of the dual, I had parents from both schools, one being my own, threatening to whip my ass out side. I decided then and there that reffing was not my calling and parents were nutz!
