That would be a big lawsuit waiting to happen. No referee should be put into a situation to determine if a kid is hurt or not.
The simplest solution is do what college does and give the opponent choice of position. It's not a penalty, but gives the opponent an advantage.
I saw this at the State Finals in 2011, when an opponent took so many "breaks", that the referee started giving the other wrestler position choice. So it's already happening...

Nice resume, but my vote personally goes to any Indiana wrestler who can absolutely take it to Mark Hall and make him work for a comeback victory.
I truly have never seen the fear in Hall's eyes like that fateful day... It's what dreams are made of... Ramos who?

I would suggest if you did move to another school and it didn't seem to work out, leave without burning bridges and pissing people off...

The easy way in life to put it .
Unfortunately unexpected life events puts you in positions that you don’t wanna be in . (Job loss, job relocation, divorce, separation, death... I can go on & on) Happens to everyone at any giving time in life. Just gotta try to make the right decision for your family .
Unexpected life tragedies are not what I'm talking about...

Just don't put yourself in that position...

If memory still serves me 2005 didn’t Shane Perkey put Angel Escobedo on his back for a split second and the crowd went crazy? I know it was someone from Jimtown against one of the top wrestlers in Indiana history.
It was Shane and it was a long second...

It’s been nearly 6 months since I had a heart attack: here is an update. I’ve lost 30 plus pounds so my everyday weight is around 170. I’m still not in the best shape but I can do 20 push ups and I even hit a back flip. Doc says if I come in on September 19th with my continued improvement: he would clear me to wrestle. It looks like there may not be a season. If not and I’m cleared: I challenge Caleb Clause to meet me at a scratch weight of 155 on Kwanzaa. We can do a best of 3. First Match in Elkhart: Second and Third if need be in Fort Wayne. $500 dollars to the victors charity. I’ll put the money up. The balls in your corner Caleb Clause.
Where at in Elkhart???

The down side of this situation is, if you noticed... the kid got no back points!!!

This Corona Virus stuff is starting to wear on me. I have been doing some thinking.
Who would you have on your school's all star team (A and B squad) using the current weight classes?
This is mine from Prairie Heights. Some of these guys competed at these weights, some were from back in the day at different weights. Having said that, I bumped a few into classes and had a few others cut. Let's see some of your teams.
