If you want to talk about something that is a real accomplishment, how about these Lee boys leaving a year early for college?

I do remember seeing a flying Superman punch at one of the first IndianaMat Hoosier Preseason Opens... It was worth the price of admission.

Maybe you were a 4timer in high school and won the NCAA, but I doubt it. Most of those guys don't talk trash. Nick went to state 3 times in high school. Placed 4th and 3rd. Was ranked 12 in the country his senior year and a team captain his senior year on a state runner-up team. Then, he went on and started 4 years DII on a team that I believe took 3rd the country. Didn't win a D1 National Title like you must have, but a pretty good career...and he is an even better coach. Yes, he coaches Brayton Lee, but we have had some other successes with the program the last few years. Nick has been an absolutely huge part of it since day one. I'm sure we don't compare to your individual accolades or program, but we are doing the best we can with a program that was the joke of our area just a few years ago. Are you available for a clinic? Let me know your name and number so we can get you in the room. Seems like we could learn a lot from you.

2011 Fort Wayne Semi State 130lb champ and runner up both all American at 133 pretty cool.

Better question school with state qualifiers that have the least amount of stop lights??? Easy Prairie Heights hands down 4 qualifiers zero stop lights lol.

The IHSAA does what the NCAA does?? Then were getting wrestlebacks and college boundary rules? It's about time..

Manchester Spartans 31-11 over Trine on senior night, coach Lake has these guys headed in the right direction.

A little disappointed that Triton didn't get a little love in the rankings this week!  Our loss to Knightstown was closer than Eastern Hancock and our win over Centerville was bigger.  But we'll have a chance to prove ourselves in a dual with LaVille next week.  It should be a good one!
 
Loved being a part of the state meet on Saturday.  It was a special event for our kids with a big sendoff including police escorts going 20 miles down the road!  Hoping to make it back next year!

I was at Garrett, which has around 600 students for 10 years as a coach and many more during my glory days.
 
I see the difference in each school with my own two eyes and can identify Garrett isn't playing with the same deck of cards that Carroll is.

I have been to every IHSWCA Team State, and this was the best I have attended and here is why:
I could sit in the top row and watch all the 3A powerhouses battle, then I could look to my left and watch Bellmont dominate the 2A competition. I could look to my right and watch PH and Southmont's teams and fans go crazy over every take down, decision or fall. I could find a ranked kid wrestle almost all the time, with my biggest problem being deciding which match to watch. I could watch Sage Coy kick flip out of a single leg. I could watch the Levitz brothers pin their opponents and turn the championship match around. I could see Jimtown scrap and stay ahead of Yorktown, and end their run of 2A titles. I also could see Yorktown's 106# give up an escape at the end of the third, so the match could go to overtime because his team was down by 4 and he needed a pin instead of a decision.
In previous years at Westfield and Ball State, I had to traverse from gym to gym to try to catch the best matches, and honestly the views were not much better. Having everything under one roof is the way to go. If there is a better facility great. But I hope future events are not in a split venue.

It may not be an official IHSAA State championship title, but I'm sure you won't notice much of a difference at Prairie Heights High School. One heck of a team they have put together this season. Not only the best in the 1A group, but from I have read and heard one of the better teams in the state in any class.

I don't disagree, hence why I said the score might not have changed and it would only give us a "chance" to change the score. However, as I always say..... you have to wrestle the match before awarding the winner! Now get those boys playing football
