One of the best pipelines to becoming a soccer coach is becoming a Danville head wrestling coach…

    Just to have similar numbers:
    Crown Point: 12
    Lake Central: 4
    Merrillville:3
    Chesterton:1
    Valparaiso: 1
    Portage: 1
    LaPorte: 1

    1st at SS: 10
    2nd at SS: 5
    3rd at SS: 4
    4th at SS: 4

I only count 23 for the DAC too. But let's be honest, I probably missed someone!

Who are as old as me that remember this? I want to take you back to the 1900’s on a cold winter afternoon inside Market Square Arena on a Friday night I was watching Eric Keith major decision Cassidy Willson going into the 3rd .. when out of no where Willson hits a spladdle for the fall.. and Market Square Arena goes nuts!!!!

Requiring all teams to use trackwrestling as a scorebook would solve many issues.  Every result would be public for everyone to see.  I don't understand why teams don't use it already.  All your matches are online, you can look back in previous years anytime you want.

This would solve the issue of questionable records, asking about commons, etc.

I was never great at remembering tournament scoring but it seemed to me his may have been pulled from the NCAA tournament scoring with how that tech fall distinction was worded.

That is correct, any males that are showing are qualified for the tournament. They made the executive decision that round of 16 competitors were going to be invited since they had such a huge turnout this year.

I must say, outside of a lack of audio at times (and all day on Mat 3) in Evansville, the streams on Flo have been surprisingly good today.  I've used the Flo Sports app and had matches going on 2 big screen TV's and another on my laptop, along with the Track Dashboard.  The video feeds have been reliable, the quality solid and enjoyable.  Of course, the Finals just started, so I am probably jinxing things.

But I have blasted Track/Flo in the past for having many issues and today that has not been the case.

After some teams leaving for Day 2 due to the threat of snow. The host Bombers were handed the team title today based on total points or least points given up in the 3 duals. RC vs Cascade, Ham Heights vs Cascade, Ham Heights vs RC.

I wouldn't say they are wrong, but I would say that it is not the usual.
Just giving you an idea, the Duneland Conference in NWI pays $65/dual.
Saturday tournaments pay usually between $150-300. Some 2 day tournaments pay $400.
Sunday tournaments pay $100-200 or so.

I would say a normal week it is around $350 a week if you work 1-2 duals and a Saturday tournament. Obviously sometimes higher, sometimes lower depending on the level of competition.

Please don't tell my wife that I could be making more, because she will sell my soul for it!
