  1. Sorry this is all I got for now. I have told Y2 that I will get him the rest when I get them tomorrow evening, but this is a sectional bracket for those gnashing at the teeth to look over some Nick Odom 26-10 WC Bye Bye Dylan Ermsweller 21-13 TC Josh Dorsey 14-13 FC Bye Tyson Quick 22-14 SH Joal Mogollon 27-7 MV Colton Dickey 23-9 Ron Bye BJ Davidson 6-6 EH Josh Jester 24-14 GC Bye Colton Brendle 3-9 NP Bye Nick Roberts 26-5 BG Teams Warren Central, Triton Central, Franklin Central, Shelbyville, Mount Vernon, Roncolli, Eastern Hancock, Greefield Central, New Palestine, Beech Grove
  2. Great new Derrick, you are correct, the crowd was quite concerned, it did look like it was much worse. And you are also correct, it is always good to err on the side of caution when dealing with an injury on the mat. As much as we all love this sport, it is that, a sport. Tell Matt that we are glad he is ok, and we look forward to seeing you guys in a few weeks should we both be fortunate enough to make it there.
  3. If that is the worst mistake you make, then you are way ahead of the game. But we have all seen parents out there like what we are talking about in here. So sad. I am hoping that when my son is 25 and older, he still wants to come around, and be more of a friend with me then he can be now. I kinda like the person he is becoming.
  4. Don't know if he is good enough or not...But it is one possibility I guess... Don't feel bad, in our conference meet we had kids bracketed to meet themselves during the day...Not sure how those matches would have played out! ;D Ever see the movie LIAR LIAR...the scene in the bathroom where he is beating the crap out of himself, just before he goes back into the court room? Kinda like that I would guess.
  5. Good call, I did not even think about that. Our conference is an individule tourney with team points. Woohoo for you for being smarter then me.
  6. Guess that means I have to give up the smokes...... And yes, they can choose music, drama, student council, chess, high schools, and other organizations offer a wide array of activites to keep kids busy and out of trouble. Anyting to give them somethign to do other then sit around all day.
  7. Yeah BlueBolt, I realize he is a great wrestler, but at this conference meet, do they just wrestle anyone they want and at the end they toss a bunch of medals on the floor and whoever ends up with them are the champions?
  8. Anderson Highland Individual results 103 Branson 2nd 112 Wagner 3rd 119 Eppert 1st (beat Kenny 12-4 and Armatrout at 125 by tech 23-8) 125 McCool 2nd 130 Bryant 2nd 135 Berryman 1st (weighed in a couple tenths over 127 to wrestle up to 135 for the team) 152 Bennett 1st (Whitaker wrestled his first match then decided to injury default to Bennett) 160 Teeters 1st 171 Logan 1st I got these off the results page, so does this mean that Eppert won 2 weight classes. How does he wrestle guys in both classes, and would that not mess up both weight classes??????? I realize that I am not the smartest man around, but this confuses me
  9. But on a serious note, yes sometimes a parent needs to get the kids off the couch, and out doing something other then playing games on the computer. However it has to be on some level the kids choice. Now that does not mean they can choose any sport, some of them can get rather expensive, and not all parents can afford the horse for equestrian. But to force them into an activity because it os one you like is just as wrong as allowing them to sleep the day away and do nothing.
  10. Do they have an underwater basket weaving league in this area? Also, if they do, are the air tanks provided, or do ya have to bring your own, or would this be a free dive underwater league? ;D
  11. I talked with his step dad, he said that he had feeling everywhere, and everything was working. He should be fine. It was quite scary, and I know everyone wishes him a speedy recovery.
  12. 103 Boston LN over Parham C 8-2 112 Nelsen LN over Pedigo BD WBF 119 Jensen THS over Sommer C 7-5 125 Quiroga LN over Adams CG 25-10 130 Morris C over Odom WC 4-2 ot 135 Mascaro C overRattay LN 7-5 140 Crump CG over Decker WC WBF 145 Goodwin LN over Mappes CG 6-4 152 Wilson LN over Joyal THS 3-2 4ot 160 Komilov NC over Brooks LN 16-7 171 Grimes LN over Mappes CG 5-1 189 Johnson-Jones WC over Thompson BD WBF 215 Berry WC over Dorsey CG 3-1 285 Cuevas NC over Lloyd THN 5-1 LN wins team over Carmel but I left before the scores were announced/
  13. What weight is he going? He was huge when he left, he could be anywhere from 25 to 71 with the build he developed.
  14. Just a guess, but I bet you worked your tail off to get to the point that you are ranked.
  15. This year it satys a tie for dual meets in the regular season.
  16. If Cameron figures out how to avoid 1 of the turns, IU wins the dual, but then again, if Angel wins a match he should of the same thing happens. Nice showing by IU though. They get the 1st win or tie against PSU in school history. Overall a decent show by the Hoosiers.
  17. Smart match by everheart, IU ties PSU 17-17, 1st time in their history to tie PSU
  18. Huge win for Powless getting the major 17-14 going to heavy weights
  19. Stedman is out on his feet. They both shot in and a wicked head bash.
  20. Looked like Cameron had never seen anyone toss the legs in before. He had no defense for them, and looked completely lost once they got in.
  21. One thing is for sure, you can tell he has never gone against a Pendoski coached kid......
  22. Someone needs to teach Cammeron how to defend the legs. 15-0 PSU 17-10
  23. Wow, huge period for decker, leads 9-0 after 2 PSU chose top for the 3rd, bet he puts the legs in again.
