For Warren Central it WAS Danny Williams with his 3-1-1 until last week with Kyrell Leavell finshing up 3-1-3-1.  With three quarters of his work at Catherdral, Brandon Wright should be considered there, not WC.  Of course, in 2 years Waylon Cressel very well may Have 3 Indiana titles to take the WC belt.

I will not refute any of what you said.

I know of at least 9... They met in Regional, Semi-State, and State Championship matches 3 years in a row

Depends if they wrestled each other through the regular season or not...

I know that they were both at the Cathedral duals for at least one year, but I was out of town and was not there to know if they wrestled each other or if one of them was moved up a weight class for one reason or the other. I know that my son wrestled each of them that day, my wife handed her phone to another dad and he called the matches for me.

  3. 1. Implementing a harsher penalty for unnecessary roughness.

    NO TOO AMBIGOUS
    2. Wrestlers being considered inbounds with one supporting point.

    YES PLEASE
    3. Specific measurement requirements for required girls uniforms.

    THIS IS POINTLESS
    4. Video replay in championship events.

I DONT MIND THIS, BUT IT WILL ADD TIME
    5. Awarding three points for a takedown instead of two.

    YES
    6. Awarding two points for near-fall after a two-second count, three points for a near-fall after a three-second count, four points for a near-fall after a four-second count.

I DONT MIND THE WAY IT IS, CAN YOU IMAGINE THE YELLING OVER THE NUMBER OF SWIPES THE REF MAKES
    7. Charging the wrestler with a loss when using a medical forfeit.

I DO NOT KNOW WHY THIS IS AN ISSUE, SO I HAVE NO OPINION
    8. Requiring only one supporting point for wrestling to be considered inbounds.

    YES PLEASE
    9. Eliminating that knees be inside the boundary to earn a fall or near-fall with the defensive wrestler out of bounds.

    YES PLEASE
    10. Allowing that the pinning area not be the “total” of supporting points when the defensive wrestler is on their back.

    YES PLEASE
    11. Allowing a wrestler to touch the mat in front of the starting line in the neutral starting position.

    I DO NOT CARE
    12. Adding grasping of the ear guards or mat as a delayed call.

    THIS SOUNDS REASONABLE TO ME
    13. Adding head-butting to the list of illegal holds/maneuvers.

    YES
    14. Expanding to include gouging or poking of the eyes to Rule 5-29-1 (Unnecessary Roughness)

    YES
    15. Requiring at least one coach in the corner of a match.

FOR A VARSITY MATCH SURE, BUT AN OPEN EVENT COULD BE ROUGH TO HAVE
    16. Requiring mat-side weigh-ins.

ON THE SURFACE I LIKE THE IDEA, BUT HOW TDO YOU MAKE SURE ALL SCALES ARE THE EXACT SAME
    17. Mandating coaches’ attire at dual meets and tournaments – similar to other NFHS sports.

WOULD THIS PRECLUDE TONTE FROM WEARING A ZOOT SUIT?

No. It would take too long. But they may keep wrestlers in a weight class on the same side of the arena.

POk, thanks. I will be there, I was hoping they would do it like a lot5 of tournaments. This will be my1st time there,I want to watch him as often as possible\

I almost left my shoes on the mat.....

But I couldn't bend over to do it, so they came home w/ me.

Thanks everyone for the kind words, it was pretty cool and that's a good group of guys in that picture. All very supportive of each other and wrestling movement!

I am working with the kiddies again, it takes me longer to get down to the mat then it does to show the move, and they are on to something different by the time I get back to my feet.
