So I ran into the issue first at the Pendleton Heights regional where no brackets available and no wifi to view trackwrestling.
 
Then this past week at Hancock County Junior High tournament at New Palestine, again no brackets nor wifi for Trackwrestling.  They kept announcing over and over that you had to use Trackwrestling.  I pointed out to them there was no wifi available for guests, but still kept making the same announcement.  Fans were very frustrated, even the New Pal fans I talked to.
 

Is that because a southern team has won it the last four years?

Coming from someone (myself) who actually voted for Oak Hill as the last team in, it is awfully hard to justify Oak Hill when their program refuses to post results. It was almost like Oak Hill didn't want in.

Biscuits and Gravy were great! @hogleg's only complaint was that there was no Frank's Red Hot to drizzle on top of it! The pretzel donuts were also quite the hit. 
 
I thought Jay County did a great job hosting. Only having one hotel in town made it difficult for us as I believe they booked over our block of rooms that we reserved about 3 months prior. But the environment was awesome, the announcer was great, and the gym was super loud. This is my favorite tournament of the year and was happy to be a part of it!

I'm just glad they started off the matches with the 285's first so the lighter weight classes had to run barefoot to catch the team bus before it left them this time.

#1 in no way should teams get a free waiver in schedule points for this event so long as it is not IHSAA sponsored. That would be a direct disadvantage to the other 270 teams that are not chosen for the event.
 
#2 Anything that requires more than a 2 schedule points will result in many teams not being able to drop the event. For instance at Garrett their 6 tournaments on their schedule are NECC Duals, NECC Tournament, home invitational, Carroll Super Dual(conference matches wrestled there), Al Smith, and Team State. Right now they are barely able to fit team state into the schedule, anything more would likely result in them needing to drop one of the other five events which would be very difficult to do. Many teams throughout the state are in the same position.
 
#3 on top of all of that running more than one weekend would create a logistics nightmare for schools that are participating and hosting. Pulling this thing off already is a task that most have no clue what goes on behind the scenes.

Fort Wayne Snider should have been invited to 3A state. I don't know who makes those decisions ,but next year I'm guessing; you won't be able to keep us out.   Matter of fact I'll make a prediction we'll be seeded #1.
