When Hammond Gavit was around the most accomplished wrestler was Ken Taroli 2x champ 1982 & 1983 -
Cody Lecount and Tommy Forte had a great handshake in their finals match in 2014.

While i was still coaching at Hammond Gavit we had 2 State qualifiers back-to-back 2018 & 2019 Jamari Washington & Jaymiere Johnson both black wrestlers 2 of the best kids we ever coached, Jamari graduated from Wabash College and Jaymiere is attending Calumet College Of St Joes graduating this year i believe.

Yeah i saw those, looking specifically for years like 2009 2010 and 2011 full brackets from sectionals those arent on track

Does anyone have a link or website that might have completed brackets from back in the day like 10-15 years ago I know the IHSAA website only has the placements but not full brackets like we have now because of track wrestling, anything will help. TIA

2010 had 112 130 140 145 160 215 State champions. but 103 112 119 130 140 145 160 189 215 and HWT were semi-state champions that were in the finals also. -
Griffith just got new singlets with the Iowa design they are pretty sick

I always loved Hanover Central's teal singlets for finals matches. LC had a nice final singlet as well, the white blue, and silver striped ones
