I agree that the Holiday Classic is a good tournament. I also agree that it could and should be a 1 day tournament. More importantly though, I think it's great that you've opted to give your hammers what they long for......competiton. You have to feed the wolves from time to time. Good luck and safe travels!

15 years old is old for an average US 8th grader. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be for a lot of US 8th grade wrestler. It's a part of the sport that I don't see changing. Our sport would probably be better served if we just accept it and move on as opposed to point it out every time one of these "old for their grade" kids has some success.
