There are some tough Friday night matches in 113, 138, and 160 . But what is going to be even better is Saturday morning. Tons of good matches in every weight class first round Saturday morning, especially in 106, 113, 126, 138, 145, 152, 160, and 182.
Upper bracket is a toss up. Havent gotten to see graber wrestle yet. I think anything could happen.
Bottom bracket is interesting. 1,2, and 3 all on the same side. I think we are going to see Allred and Walton in the semis and that should be interesting. Both of them are strong and dangerous.
What is the deal with the illegal kneepad sleeve talk? I watched wrestlers this past weekend wearing them but I heard they were illegal. Is there a final verdict on them?
126 is definitely the deepest weight class in the state. But who comes out on top? Or even top 4? Hard to say. Rooks, Garica, Mills, Viduya, the list goes on! Garcia did just suffer his first loss but don't think that won't change because it very well could. Mills is on a roll and looking for a gold medal his senior year. Rooks and Viduya are both looking to get that gold medal for the second year in a row. And did I mention that Mills, Garcia, AND Rooks are all coming out of the same semi state! It comes down to whose coach will have their wrestlers peeking at the right time. Any predictions?
