What happens if one ..... throws a nasty headlock out of "No Where" ? That's a offensive move right ? Then we look back at your post and laugh . JS it could happen right ? We see it every year . BAM !
I so miss the "nasty" headlocks.
You don't see many like Robert Millers or David McCubbins much any more. At least in my experience.

Since we're on the topic which weight should go last this year? I bet it's not as easy of a pick as last year. I'm thinking maybe 138.
132

Not trying to knock anyone or any team & yes it impressive to see what some of these schools accomplished, but quality verses quantity is often the difference between a good tourney team & a good dual meet team. It is why the team state champion is often not the state tournament champion.
Not that you don't have to have quality for a team state title, but having tremendous depth (quantity) is more important in dual meet format. And vice-versa, having depth certainly comes in handy in a tournament but quality is more important.
Nailed it.

I think both sides of this 'disagreement' about whether this is a 'good post' or not; or if it belongs in this forum or another one have some credibility. Everything on these forums represent someone's OPINION. Feel free not to 'click' and open it if you think it doesn't belong here.... I will say at least it is talking about positive attributes of wrestlers. Noticing someone's potential does not take away from the accomplishments of others.
People forget this simple truth.

Yes, I just got them and I'm working on getting them organized. Anybody have an excel file?

You're doing great!

Who is Noah Warrens 1 loss to?
Side note: Alex Warren posted that Warren "ended" his season last Saturday.
I assume this is another Warren, Christian?

Riding times overrated till college. Lol
And by that time it's essential.

220 Scroggs was a Q as as soph and got 5th as a junior. He comes from a stacked semi state at 220 and gets 4th.
He draws mason parris first round. Sucks for him. He is a top 6 kid
Not this year he isn't. Unless you're saying that Mooresville's 220 lb Regional class has 4 of the top 6 kids in the state competing in it.

Dull has excellent throws and finds ways to win...Jessop is a monster 182 and appears to be one hell of athlete..It'll be a awesome match regardless.
Something the sport has been lacking overall.

Kid has the best mullet I've seen in a long time. Quite a neck warmer he's got. Pretty good slide-by from neutral also
Mullet for days yo.

Will a belt be on the line?
I'm curious of the over-under 7 days prior.

Where is ancient elder when you need him?
Probably relaxing in his recliner in Martinsville.

Decatur Central late 80s mid 90s...but I'm gonna say the best cross-face cradle either goes to Nick Walpole or Sampson Cook...Cook wasn't very good on his feet, but the kid could cradle anyone...I remember seeing him down in alot of matches by 8-10 points, & he would choose top in the 3rd lock up his cradle & win by fall...
Doug Rigney
2x 3rd place finisher
no the guy I'm thinking of was a 4 x
I was posting my opinion.
And yes, Ellis had a nice showboating leg cradle.

Brandon Ingalls, Lawrence North '92
2x time Champion
Hands down.

Evansville - 220
Martinsville's Clayton Scorggs over Abel Rivera of Terre Haute South
Beat me to it. This is as close to a "lock" as you'll find I'm guessing.
Top 5 ranked wrestlers with toughest gauntlet to win the title.
