They allowed Penn State to host again to make up for the revenue lost from their year being no fans allowed due to COVID.

Iowa scored 134.5 points, had 10 placers (the most) and everyone qualify for NCAA's (the most), I'm not sure they fell off much!

First round he appeared to mess his shoulder (or collarbone) up pretty badly. I'm not sure if he should've have wrestled his next match but he's a really tough dude and he tried. It hurt him badly in the next match and it was obvious he couldn't compete at the level he needed to. I saw him walking around Sunday with a smile on his face and nothing wrapped so hopefully it's nothing too serious.

I for one will be cheering as loud as I can for Mason Parris. I've been such a fan of his since his freshman year of high school and have loved seeing him dominating in the B1G's with the exception of his matches with Gable, but oh well it's Gable after all...seeing him struggle with Kerk this year is different. I am going to go on record (like that means anything ) and say that I see Mason Parris in the finals this weekend!!! I love his spot in the bracket and I'm saying he's going to make it happen! Another one that I will be pulling for this weekend is MSU's Cam Caffey. I know he's not a household name by any means, but having the privilege of watching these kids behind the scenes and getting to talk to them on occasion he is one of them that I would tell my kids "Watch this guy...not just on the mat...but off the mat as well...be like HIM". His sportsmanship is second to few if any. He wins with dignity and loses with dignity. He's respectful and cares about what his coaches say to him and always takes time to properly shake his opponents hand as well as the other coaches hand...call me old fashioned but I like that. There are lots more to cheer for for sure, but these are a couple that have earned a special spot for me! Can't wait to watch it!!

I understand why all of you guys that want a block of seats aren't extremely happy with this. There should be a solution to that, like someone mentioned, the school gets a block or something. More importantly I'm REALLY happy that parents get 4 ahead of time. From the perspective of a Coach/Fan with no participants that wants to come watch the greatest state tournament in the country, reserved seating is FANTASTIC news! For SOO many reasons: I don't have to arrive 2 hours before wrestling starts Saturday morning in order to stand outside for an hour...then to stand inside for an hour People don't have to leave before the 195, 220's and Heavy's Saturday afternoon to go get lunch so they can be back in time to wait in line again for 2 hours! After they do kick us out for lunch Saturday I can actually enjoy lunch and beautiful downtown Indy instead of staying and sitting on the floor in the foyer area for 2 hours! No more dealing with RUDE people throwing elbows and pushing trying to get there 10 seconds before everyone else. If my wife and I want a snack and can't decide what to get we can actually BOTH go look and not worry about our seats getting taken! Also this year I won't have to worry about wanting to punch someone for saving 64 seats with programs and sweatshirts!!!! Yes, the 10:00 pm Friday thing kinda sucks, but man I tell ya, I will not miss the above mentioned things!

Yes we had 4 in there. It was tight on the floor but there wasn't a bad seat in the house.

These are in NO PARTICULAR ORDER! 106 Jalen May #8/#1 and Benton Kanable NR/#7 come in as the two champs, followed by some really talented single digit loss wrestlers. Moving on will be: May Kanable Raber Hernandez *First round match to watch: Hernandez/Korreckt 113 Tough weight class featuring #5/#1 Tishner and #13/#4 Davis as the champs and you have Fowler of Cass NR/#8 as well. Moving on: Tishner Fowler Shaffer Davis *First round barn burner: Bumgardner/Shaffer 120 Really loaded weight class here with Holloway #15/#2 and Lisner NR/#9 coming in as the champs. Throw in #21/#3 Brooks in that mix and you have a great semi final match at the top of this bracket and likely a rematch of the Peru Sectional Championship, as well as the TRC Championship matches in the finals. Moving on: Linser Brooks Bowland Holloway *First round match to watch: Bowland/Stapleton 126 No ranked wrestlers in this bracket but a tough pair in Swango and Raab come in as champs. Moving on: Raab Acord Adkins Swango *First round coin toss match: Adkins/Kelly 132 Manchester's Dylan Stroud comes in ranked #7/#1 and comes in to Saturday highly favored to win. The OH Champ Kendall will prove to be a formidable foe, but will face a very tough Guyer of Mac on his way to the finals. Nic Elliot of Marion comes in ranked NR/#9, with only 3 loses will have a tough time with Stroud in his semi final match. Moving on: Kendall Guyer Elliott Stroud 138 #24/#5 ranked Clark-Stitts of Kokomo and Baldwin of Peru come in as the champs and will definitely be fighting to repeat this weekend. Moving on: Clark-Stitts Price Burrous Baldwin *First round barn burner: Price/Lawrence 145 #4/#1 Brody Arthur will likely own this field on his way to another trip to State. In his way will be the Peru Champ Cameron Baber who comes in with only 3 loses and some good momentum. Moving on: Arthur Galvin Conner Baber *Both 2/3 first round matches in this weight class are evenly matched and could go either way! 152 Another weight class featuring 1 State Ranked wrestler in Betz from Western and 2 SS ranked guys in Porter and Gard (Peru Champ) who will likely light the place up with their semi final match! Moving on will be: Betz Ayres Porter Gard *1st round barn burner: Porter/Farnell 160 #10/#2 Farnell is coming in with only 1 loss in nearly 40 matches and is having a great season. Kokomo Senior Howard NR/#4 will be ready to stand his way. Moving on: Howard Fennell Pleak Farnell *First round barn burner: Pleak/Lincoln 170 Fans will likely be treated to the 3rd rematch this year between two monsters in Porter #3/#1 and Shephard #4/#2....and likely a 4th rematch in the finals next weekend in the War Memorial Coliseum! Porter only has one loss and Shepard only 2 (both to Porter). Winning the Peru Sectional is a tough as nails junior Zach France who is NR/#7 and at 31-3 is having a great season. I can't wait to watch his semi final match with Shephard! Moving on will be: Porter Bandelier Shephard France *Fireworks first round match: Bandelier/Miller 182 The champs in this bracket are East NR/#3 and Goshert (18-1). They'll have a tough route on their way to try to repeat this weekend. Moving on are: East Shoaff Caudell Goshert *First round CAN'T MISS BATTLE of the freshmen: Caudell/Ringeisen 195 Washburn is #21/#1 and Deming is #14/#5...and these two giants have no desire to step down from the top spot on the podium and I can't wait to see this battle in the finals!!! Trying to stop this from happening is a tough NR/#6 Norman of Western that will make for a battle with Deming in the semis. Moving on: Washburn Taylor Norman Deming *First round swing match: Taylor/Hawkins 220 This group of beasts is being headlined by Rochester's super sophomore #6/#2 Brady Beck. At the other end of the bracket the OH Champ Jones is sitting on only 4 losses on the year. Moving on: Jones Duffy Buckley Beck *DO NOT MISS Duffy/Vermilion. This will be a great first round match 285 #10/#4 Titan HWT Fishback of Rochester has his sights set on the top of the podium again this week. He'll have a tough battle in the semis with NR/#7 Strange of OH. On top of the bracket the OH Champ Wright is coming off of a big win last weekend is will be ready for the challenge. Moving on: Wright Hillman-Conley Strange Fishback *Price of admission is worth the first round battle between Strange and Hickle. Coach King is a class act. He is definitely someone young coaches should aspire to be. I catch myself watching him and listening to him when he's in a wrestlers corner just to see if I can learn something!! I'm very happy for you and your team sir!

I ordered about 30 singlets for our youth club from them and I'm very happy with the singlets, prices and delivery.

This was a tough weekend for the Boilers. I don't follow IU either so I can't speak for them, but I do think that Coach Ersland has the Boilers in an upswing. He has a couple of great recruiting classes coming and I think they will be much improved through out the next couple years. I'm very excited to see what guys like Parriott and Streck will do, along with the exciting freshman 2017 NCAA qualifier Brunner. As we've beat to death in this forum, we all wish we could get some of Indiana's elite kids to stick around. Watching Hughes, Micic, Stevensen this weekend sure made me wonder "what if they were wearing an IU or a P on their singlet", and next year ask that same question of Chad Red and Nick Lee when we see them likely climbing on the B1G podium.

With a healthy Suriano in the line up and Bo's head out of his rear, I think Penn State takes it (as they would've yesterday had those two things occurred). I do believe that Bo will be a very different wrestler next weekend but I have no idea if Suriano will be ready.
