  1. Just to be clear Joe: #1 Dave Doster #2 Larry Bird #3 Bruce Baumgartner
  2. Baumgartner did go to my alma mater Indiana State!!!! Can we get partial credit for that. 3rd most famous Sycamore behind Larry Bird and myself!!
  3. I did feel for the kids on Saturday night. I thought the crowed was small compared to what I think it would have been in Indy. But, it was still a great weekend and much better than I thought it was going to be.
  4. Actually the Doster family kind of enjoyed Evansville this year!!!

  7. Looking forward to having Easton there next year!!
  8. Where is this being held and will it be televised or streamed??
  9. They have wrestle backs in Cali don't they??
  10. I guess we won't get any respect until we win all 14 weight classes!!!
  11. Other the the initial "cut" which for him is not really a cut about 152 to 144. For him cutting is just eating better and wrestling. Getting around the knee surgeries when all he could do is lift pushed him a little. He cut big his freshman year and it really hurt him late in the season.
  12. Good call on the MINDSET General!! Believe in yourself, your training & your technique!!
  13. Easton was usually 1-2 lbs. under Thursday-Friday. Eating 3 times a day through the week. Pick a weight, like you said Nick, that you can concentrate on getting better at wrestling and not loosing weight. Made the most difference in Easton's success this year. It does take some discipline on both the wrestlers and parents, but meal prepping was also a huge part of it. We would cook all his meat (chicken, hamburger, steak, pork chops) on Sunday or Monday for the week and he would pack it for his lunches and take to school. So many little things go into being successful and these are just a few. It takes time also, this has been something me as a father, his mother and Easton have been trying to dial in for a few years now.
  14. Thank you for your kind words. Easton has been working for this since he was 5. Watching his big brother in high school & at Wabash college, learning and studying how the college guys do it at such a young age made him aspire to be the best. He is still hungry and will continue on this wrestling this summer and improving to defend his title!!
  15. Let’s vote on who had the best finals gear!!! if you want something with some fashion from Philadelphia hit up: https://www.whotfisgavzilla.com/? https://www.instagram.com/reel/C3i5xaCMwnG/?igsh=MWNobDNic2hiamM4cA==.
  16. That was Older brother’s nuts he hit!!! For all those times in the garage during Covid on the 10X10 Mat!!!
  17. EASTON DOSTER…stay under the radar & Keep wrestling!!
  18. Easton Daw-ster. not Doe-ster not Dooo-ster & definitely not Dois-ster
  19. I think you are right with 8. I believe I got on twice and got 2 sets of 8.
  20. I believe you are correct. The public seats will be released with the non purchased parent tickets to the masses at 10AM.
  21. From what I understand from what Faulkens said on the Belmont radio show. He mentioned they only opened so many seats for the parents and any that are not bought will go back into the pot for the public. So I think what we are seeing in the picture is the parent only seats that are available.
