Shank wrestles for Camridge City...he was a 220 pounder last year and is at 285 this year... I just don't see him beating Deilkes...Union County wrestles a much tougher schedule than CC and I think that showed at conference, and will again Saturday

I don't think it's an illegal headlock, he doesn't have a head...i think you could call it locking hands...I've actually wondered this many times as well

106 Pace and Moody will be 1-2 and I think SD could sweep this weight. 113 Brasier and Boggs might pin their way to the finals. 120 Struewing, Oyler, and Lonnoman will advance. 132 Fuller will dominate this weight...Messer might not even beat Money...he didn't last year. 138 Cox might make it through, but he will have a dog fight with Solomon...the other three will come from SD...170 Sargent will be lucky to get past Gonzalez and I don't think Robinson will be in the finals at 182 just my thoughts

So he was lying to the trainer and coaches when he said he blacked out? All I'm saying is that the ref in that particular match should have watched out for the welfare of both wrestlers...either way doesn't make much difference because it wasn't for a trip to the regional

I am only referring to the Rushville part because I did not witness the stalling...were you standing mat side when he was laying on the ground? Did you talk to him after the match? Not sure what you mean by he walked off fine...he could barely stand and was helped out by the FC trainer who walked him over to the head trainer.. Other than the official I was the next closest person to the action...would it have changed the outcome? Absolutely not...the Batesville kid was the better wrestler and was going to win the match, but when it comes to the safety of the kids, yes I will blame the official..that is his job...next time make sure you know the facts

Lindemann tore Marvel up pretty bad in the semi finals...once Marvel dropped out of the winners bracket, he didn't look himself....but Hadley from Rushville wrestled him very well to knock Marvel out of the tournament

Not trying to cause any problems but was wondering how Bryce Robinson from Centerville wrestled 220 last weekend and was eligible to wrestle 182 at sectional? Hopefully he weighed in at 184.1.....just curious

Some schools might not have enough mats to make this happen...one thing I like about our schedule is that we have built in some JV meets so those kids get matches, but still it's only 2-3 matches at each event
