The RTC at Richmond High School begins today. Practices will be on Thursdays from 7-8:30.

Richmond RTC begins tonight, March 6th. Workouts will be 7-8:30 at Richmond High School. The wrestling room is above the pool in the Tiernan Center.

Richmond is still running an RTC on Thursday's from 6:30-8. We will have it every week, except July 4th, until the end of July. We are still having 15 or more each week with a variety of sizes, ages, and skill level.

Is there still RTC at Purdue on April 3rd? 6:00 start time? I am planning to come and have a heavyweight coming, are there bigger guys generally there?

Chad Red of New Palestine High School and Red Cobra Wrestling will be running the Richmond RTC this Thursday March 28th from 6:30-8:00. Please join us for an always intense, high paced workout.

RTC at Richmond High School is on Thursdays from 6:30-8:00. We have had 34+ the first two weeks. Come join us for a good workout. We will be having some guest clinicians later in the spring and summer.

Richmond will be hosting an RTC again this year. We will begin on Thursday March 7th and run every Thursday thru the summer. Times are 6:30-8:00. Alston Bane is only an 8th grader this year.

The Richmond RTC will go until the last week in July. Every Monday except moratorium week.

As a football coach also the Friday/Saturday is not good. I like the later Thursday evening and Friday until 3ish option. This helps eliminate a day of being off and would allow for football guys to be back. It was this way a few years ago and I thought the attendance was better than many years. Thank you Coach Red for running our RTC tonight. We had 28 wrestlers take advantage of an intense Chad Red style practice. Non-stop pace with lots of conditioning exercises mixed in. Showed some good ducks with variations for all 3 styles and then took the technique to the mat. Great workout with many drenched shirts at the end. We will continue our RTC until the last week in July. All USA cardholders welcome any Monday night.

Next Monday May 7th Chad Red will be running the Richmond RTC. Coach Red is currently coaching at NewPal High School. He was formerly the Head Coach at Lawrence Central and Owner/Coach of Red Cobra Wrestling Academy. He was a 3 time NCAA qualifier and an NCAA All American.

I would like to Thank Coach Holden for running the RTC at Richmond tonight. Numbers were a little low, but 25 wrestlers took the opportunity to receive some great teaching. If you haven't been in a workout ran by Coach Holden, you are missing out. He did an awesome job tying all 3 styles together, and emphasizing the transition from one score to the next. Thanks for the instruction, character discussion, and workout.
