  1. Thinking about this after watching younger brother Elliott. What do you think the outcome would be, in a primetime big brother Molloy vs Red? Im obviously talking about HIGH SCHOOL Molloy vs now Junior Chad Red. Molloy won it at 130 about 5 years ago then again 2 years later after being upset the year before that. Keep in mind Molloy beat Jared Mckinley as well. Red's accolades are outstanding but Molloy's not too bad either. Would it be close? Not?
  2. Brayden Montgomery from Danville, kid can squat and deadlift about 3-4 times his own weight
  3. Autry Pickens (11) at 182 will return for Danville as well after being a light and YOUNG 195lber in the lineup as a soph. Made it to regionals losing to Tolley, and also lost to Dylan Jones in both Matches by 1 point. Great record in soph season, 3rd year in lineup, and also coming off a tremendous football season at running back as another note!
  4. There was a Washington coach at semi state at Evansville who was wearing an all tan suit with a matching fedora (or fez), didnt look very good btt figured Id throw it in there lol
  5. I think DJ Radnovich from Gibson Southern Pinned nearly everyone he faced the year he went undefeated and won the state title, including everyone at state at 215 if im not mistaken?
  6. Ford Center was a first class facility, not a bad seat in the house as mentioned and University of Evansville should be very proud!
  7. Did Seth Biberstine even get challenged? It looks like he didnt wrestle for more then 4 minutes the whole day
  8. Kyle Reeves and Paul Mathews should be a good match as well at 152, Reeves didnt get out of the first period with anyone at sectionals.
  9. Danille had a forfeit as well with Avon, at 113. Yes, the 132 pound change did help with bonus points but the big swing came when a 6th seed 170 lber and an unseeded hvy for danville both placed 3rd and 4th respectively, the heavy winning by pin over a seeded wrestler. Which makes up for the disadvantage at 160 where a #1 seed gets fifth. Which gave Danvilles whole thirtteen man lineup top 5 finishes and 11 Regional qualifiers. Which lead to the narrow victory much similar to the Hendricks County tourney.
  10. Judy from Danville at 140 is also undefeated
  11. (Danville)David Haak at 152 should be looked at, undefeated with all pins at 14-0, lost to Hays at regionals last year by one point (Danville)Tommy Hollifield 189 also undefeatedwith 13 falls and an 11-7 decision against southmont's wils i think is his name?... had over 32 wins wrestling 215 and weighing 187 last year
  12. With Stevenson being back next year it has to make you wonder if Mitch Sliga can capture the 189 title as a sophomore, Stevenson did get 3rd at 189 as a sophomore and was undefeated before his injury, but as a positive for Sliga, Stevenson will have to rehab that knee for sometime...
