  1. Me (Tyson Nisley, 145) and my buddy (Matt Neff, 170) are looking for a dual team to be apart of this off season and wrestle at some of the bigger dual tournaments. Me and Matt were both semi-state qualifers this year and are looking to see ourselves on the podium at Bankers Life our senior years. We are both willing to be flexible with our weights (maybe not cutting down a ton because we wanna eat) Let me know if you or someone else has spots available for us. 2. I agree. Our guys seemed to have the better tanks. With that said... the Illinois boys were playing some real tough games of pickup basketball a couple hours before the meet. I will say that they would have beat our guys in hoops! Culver had some nice courts. That place is a cross between an old college campus, West Point, and the school that Harry Potter went to. Pretty unique.

    NCAA Brackets are released

Jacob Aven is in! Got word that Gunning from Buffalo is out so he's in the bracket now!

  4. Tommyho just won the internet with that comment. Y2 we need a running ticker on your home page like ESPN. "this just in little Johnny has signed to wrestle for so and so with a guarantee of not having to make weight over holiday break and Friday no homework pass." LOL this could be gold.

    Purdue Year 5 under Ersland

Also, anyone else fill out brackets for NCAAs? I went and made my picks, and there’s a real possibility Lydy and Brunner both place. In my picks, I have Lydy hitting Skatzka in the ticket round who he’s never lost to, and Brunner hitting Traxler, who he’s split with. Really hoping for Ersland’s first AA this weekend.

This is where the "rest of the season" came back to bite him. If he wins, no biggie. But it makes you wonder how much the BTT helped him. Would he have been seeded in the 20's with a 8th or 9th Place finish? As he and Nick both proved last year, you can lose early and still be an All-American.
