Mat Medic Posted June 7, 2022 Share Posted June 7, 2022 (edited) It is with a sad heart and lots of tears, I need to announce that Gage McCoy of the Boonville High School Wrestling Team passed away yesterday at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. Gage was a member of the Boonville High School Football teams and Wrestling Teams. He was a freshman and our Varsity 170 pounder. He worked very hard and was scared of no one. We ask for prayers to help his family and our wrestling family and the community to heal. Attached is a schedule of events for today, he ended life as a hero as he is a organ donor and will save countless lives with his gift. There will be a Hero/Honor walk today at Boonville High School starting at 5:00 PM if anyone would like to come and pay there Respects.
