Leg Attacks that best avoid Freestyle counters????

Just an average coach here but id say anything where you are rotating or cutting the corner is good stuff. Head inside single or knee pull if you are trying to get to the back leg.

I would say people almost want you to shoot a traditional high c so they can set the corner on you and go crotch lift or barrel roll. Staying out front never seemed to work that well unless you just have super good defense.

just my thoughts.

Can’t get stuck under someone- so easy to get head pinched when your extended on your knees. Duck under - slide by - you need a solid set up against on a double or single.

The answer is always "Lateral Drop" ask any Uncle Rico wrestling veteran at your local watering hole 🙂

Lat drop or headlock

Not sure these are leg attacks...but do foot sweeps count? (sort of leg-ish 😁 ...super under-utilized by Americans because of their lower frequency payoff in folkstyle)
