If there are discrepancies send me the information so that we can update team history.

Evansville Memorial head Coach Larry Mattingly got his 500th dual meet win this year!

Goebel was 533-14-2 in his career at MD. I don’t have year by year but figured I’d post this just for those that were interested.

“In 29 years, Goebel coached the Wildcats to an amazing 533-14-2 dual-meet record. One consecutive victory streak reached 135 matches, another 117. His incredible .974 winning percentage is a national record.“

There are many names not on there. Joe Rohleder Jasper 200+ wins, Al Mihjolavitts Southridge 200  + wins, Rick Stenftenagel Jasper 400+ wins. They used to be listed in the old Mat Burns. All 3 are in the Hall of Fame.

I really can't put 200+ in my database, that doesn't sort very well.

As stated I need  year by year breakdowns for the list to be accurate.

C'mon Joe! How do you not know all of these coaches career wins by heart? Do you know anything about Indiana High School wrestling? (sarcasm) (please don't come at me)

PEOPLE/COACHES: we get that you or your coach may be left off the list, if they should be on it, THEN SEND IN YEAR BY YEAR BREAKDOWN OF THEIR RECORDS!!!

Shout out to BJ at Bellmont...top 5 for matches and one of the best winning %.  I was a dumb basketball/baseball player and he coached me up my first year of wrestling as a soph. I wasn’t the typical “born to wrestle” Bellmont kid, but I did alright and helped the team to a 21-0 1991 record our senior year. It had its ups and downs compared to what it took to “play” b-ball :) but I learned so many life lessons and love the sport! Thx BJ!!!
