20 of the top 25 ranked MS wresters have registered. The 110 lbs and 150 lbs classes are in the running for toughest bracket, as I see it, both are stacked! The 110 lbs. bracket may get even tougher with a few ranked wrestlers that haven't registered yet.

In addition to 4U2NV's list at the lighter weights, I'd add

75 - Linser, Haines

80 - LaRocca, Schaefer, Ocampo

85 - Billerman

90 - Lowery, Stebbins, Morton, Foster, Marcum

95 - Wolf

It's getting good now...

Size doesn’t matter much , about 5-6 years ago I seen 2 kids weight about 69 lbs and the other about 71 lbs soaking wet come away 2nd & 3rd place that year.

(Trey Lane & Asa Garcia) If they got the Skill & Technique, let them wrestle . Kids weight is nothing but a number or a excuse .

I agree

abolish weight classes

Let the cream rise to the top.

The 110 lbs bracket is going to be epic! This could be the toughest bracket in years.

Congrats to Everyone who competed......Haines boys take the 75 and 85 Championships. Rianne Murphy a 7th grader proved she isn’t going anywhere anytime soon taking True 2nd avenging her loss by fall and finished 10-1 including a girls Championship.

117 with some studs in it as well.

1. Lane Gilbert dominates the field.

2. Pretchel would a nice win over Ranked Torres.

3. Torres with a solid 3rd place showing.

Couple boys I started training 3 4 months ago wrestled well..117 Brev Thrine gave it hell getting 4th behind those 3 you listed.. also Gavyn Whitehead wrestled great beating Studs Bohn and Leavell! I wonder if that's Jason leavells family? i'm just a retired old fighter and wrestler that just loves giving bk to the sport that saved my life... Everybody be on the lookout for a 5th grader I'm also helping named Tylin Thrine.. kid is a unreal athlete and competitor!  If I can keep him focused he will do big things.. He's never placed at state always losing close matches.. He's determined more than ever this season and I have a feeling come state he will change that stat!  congrats to all the wrestlers that compteted and the parents and coaches that make sacrifices for your wrestlers to be in the sport I consider the greatest on the planet!

Yes, what a showing by the Haines boys.  I didn’t see Landen wrestle, but Preston wrestled my son in the finals, and he wrestled a great match. Hat’s off!

Congrats to all participants, it was a great tourney.

Back to the room to get better!
