Mat Shark Posted December 30, 2016 Share Posted December 30, 2016 Choking bottom wrestler is now legal for middle school an older as long as no one turns bright red and/or passes out. Why should top wrestler bother having to keep their arm (holding bottom wrestlers head) only under the chin when they can go against the throat and lock on far shoulder without the refs blinking twice?
