SpunkyPotato
As all of you may know, folkstyle state is upon us in the coming days. It is definitely one of the biggest events of the year from Bantam to Senior. Although it is expected that not everyone is signed up yet to wrestle but are there any names to look out for? Clubs on the rise? Little and big kids on the come up?
Caleb Spires
Paul Konrath signed up at 126. FWwrestling1996 and CAMBOLA

SpunkyPotato
How can you see who has signed up at each weight? Click Pre-Register now and I believe on the right side of the screen and the link to the wrestler list or matrix. Should be there.
UncleJimmy
Over 2100 entrants. Seems like a nice increase from last year? #HashTagsWork....who knew?
CAMBOLA
Over 2100 entrants. Seems like a nice increase from last year? #HashTagsWork....who knew? I think it may be because all age groups are wrestling this weekend instead of there being little kids state. I could be wrong tho.
UncleJimmy
I think it may be because all age groups are wrestling this weekend instead of there being little kids state. I could be wrong tho. That would make sense! Thanks CAMBOLA
NPSmith
The Junior groups seem larger than usual which is great! Did anyone else notice Nathan Walton's jump to 195? Ds Dad
grappleapple
I noticed that about Walton - and Konrath going 126. THat 126 class looks pretty brutal with several returning state placers in the mix.

THat 126 class looks pretty brutal with several returning state placers in the mix. Jr 120 has at least 6 SQ and placers as well. Be interesting to see how those classes shake out next year. DelCo
Surprising upset. Josh Gee (SSQ) over Derrick Motley (6th at state this year) and Jacob Clark (5th?) back to back. Wrestled great. Look for him next year
Rav67
I was pretty surprised in the level of competition that showed up at ISWA state. It seems like most kids are traveling out of state to wrestle or just think they're too good to wrestle in ISWA state, so they decide to not wrestle. But this year there was a lot of competition. I was 126,132, & 220 (Parris) were probably the most stacked weight classes. High levels of talent! Hope these kids stay off their high horses & keep coming back. MCKAJC
Very well run this year. Juniors started at 8am. 33 wrestlers at 138 and 45 wrestlers at 145 and we were out by 2:30. Kind of tough with only 20 mins between matches after the third round. But they did keep it moving. Well worth attending. grappleapple

Mattyb
#TheCounty with a strong showing. We had 23 in the finals with 13 champs (kids that live in #TheCounty). Had several other champs that train in #TheCounty but don't live here. Nice to live in a place where wrestling gets top billing. Big things happening at the Avon Wrestling Club, Brownsburg Wrestling Club, Plainfield Wrestling Club, Tri-West Wrestling Club, Cascade Wrestling Club, Contenders Wrestling Academy, and Red Cobra Wrestling Academy (all within 10 miles). These kids have quality rooms to workout in every night. They are putting in the work and it is paying off.
