After looking at the Evansville Central brackets I have to think the 145 weight bracket is one of the best in the state. Thoughts on the best??

Sick weight class there (State ranked 5,7 and 14).  Mooresville 160 ra-dic-a-lus also.  Van Horn, Whitaker, Mappes/

145-Eville

Joe Lee M. Dei

Chase Wilson Princeton

Austin Bethel Mt. Vernon

Nick Burke Ev. North

Got to be the best four at any weight!  All capable of punching their ticket to the state finals....These four will all advance onto semi state...,as the other sectional doesn't appear poised for the upset.

220 at Carrol

Maybe not the most big names, but a lot of solid wrestlers. Might not be the most top heavy, but it might be the deepest.  It has 8 maybe 9 wrestlers that I would say are "quality" if there was a way to quantify that.  The top 7 by win percentage go:

31-1

33-3

29-4

22-7

23-10

24-11

25-12

The 8-9 are:

10-6

16-14

This group has the SAC Champ (regional qualifier 2 years ago), the NECC 220 Champ (regional last year), NECC 285 Champ (also a state qualifier last year).  There is at least one other former regional qualifier in the group.  The 6 seed has defeated the past state qualifier this year.  The group as a whole has a lot of pretty even matches, should be a pretty interesting day for this weight.  Lots of solid evenly matched kids, lots of solid guys will be heading home.

These guys aren't ranked, I believe - but at the Tri sectional there are three 2015 sectional champions all in the same 152-pound bracket.

Jarod Waterman, Eastern Hancock (32-3) won the 160 pound weight class last year and advanced to semistate. Isaiah Michaels, Centerville (33-4) won the 152 pound class last year and advanced to state. Garrett Marsh, New Castle (22-3) won the 138 pound class last year and advanced to semistate before he was injured and couldn't compete.

Waterman beat Michaels by one point this year, and Michaels beat Marsh by one point. So it could be a real fun weight class to see.
