You have the best in the world in your weight at 74 or you can put on 20lbs and challenge for 86kg. Herbert looked really good this weekend, so that may be a bigger task that you'd think. And it's not just a Herbert issue either...the guys at that weight are just taller, structurally bigger men than a guy like Howe. It's kind of like MMA...there's almost a height minimum for middle/upper weights for strength, flexibility, and scrambling ability to be maximized. It's not quite the same as MMA, but the point remains: 5'8" at the top levels at 186+ is saved for elite physique/speed guys in international wrestling. That's not Howe, unfortunately.
