MRobinson
Hey, I am trying to help my son who is learning to wrestle and I came by this guy's website. Is it good and do a lot of people use it. Thanks, Michaels the Dad.
Fabio Jr.
I would say find a youth club near you if that is possible...way easier than using a website
Mylesdad
Check out Red Cobra or Indiana Outlaws both have great programs great kids and great coaches. We live about 2 hours from Indy and made the trip at least once a week for about ten years. Video is good but live partners and good coaches can't be replaced by video. Just my two cents.... MattM
As mentioned above a good club/academy program could be helpful since it will provide solid practice partners. If you search enough can can also find some good wrestling technique online for free to support the learning process. However, if you go the paid online video route I have been very impressed with Kolat. His website has an extensive video library, detailed explanations of basic to advanced moves, and multiple camera angles for each move.
