rookie78
With so many kids there yesterday and bouncing back and forth between gyms coaching, I know I missed some good matches. Any in particular stick out?

arch.74
McCoy vs Gomez was good. Archer vs Ramos was intense. There were so many great matches it was hard to keep up!! Awesome tournament with an amazing roster.
Jayruss
Why the limited Evansville participation?
backtothemat
Distance really the only reason. Two Castle, one Gibson So., one Heritage Hills, one Central, one Mater Dei, one Reitz. All but Reitz coached by Maurer and Coughlin.

Jayruss
It was a lot to click through on Trackwrestling, who were the Evansville area guys, and what were their records?
isaiah11
Didn't catch the other final results but Kemper went 7-1. Losing to Harvey in the quarter finals and then beating Harvey 5-2 for third. Both very talented kids!

fearless fly
I liked the last match of the day, at least the last match on track wrestling, Ellis (Eastern) vs Hinkle (Western). Not only from Indiana but cross county rivals of Howard county.

Jayruss
So why did Todrank transfer to GS, would love to see him in a Reitz singlet again. And its good to see Kemper do well, I am guessing him and Harvey are preseason 1 and 2?

Jayruss
Reitz has some pretty solid coaching as well. They have the better program overall
backtothemat
Good point. Even though they are having a down couple of years, Reitz will be back. Still may get a State Champ in 2015 (Ferguson is a stud). Gibson Southern will continue to improve as their coaches get tenure. That learning curve is steep!
