sslaymon Posted March 11, 2014 Share Posted March 11, 2014 This past Saturday six teams competed in the Johnson County Middle School Tournament. This is ran as an individual tournament unlike the high school's dual meet tournament. Thanks to Greenwood MS and their staff on a well ran tournament as always. Clark Pleasant MS defends their title as they have won the tournament for a third year in a row. Clark Pleasant had 10 in the finals with 7 coming out as champions. The team scores finished like this. Clark Pleasant 283 Center Grove Central 263 Franklin 237 1/2 Indian Creek 216 Greenwood 160 Center Grove North 133 All teams had some good and very good wrestlers. The competition in Johnson County is getting to be pretty tough lately. Should make for a good high school tourney in the next couple of years.
