PROPOWER
Just wondering what coaches out there have over 600 dual meet wins? Franklin Community's Bob Hasseman hit his 600th win early this season - what other current coaches have hit this milestone?
MattM
Here is the IHSWCA's current list Coaching Milestones http://www.ihswca.org/history/milestones I'm guessing some names still need to be added to this list.

Schwarz (EC) ended up with 383. I knew coach Peck was way up there as soon as I saw this thread. That is amazing!

Dwilly
I believe Andrew King at Oak Hill High School has over 300, and he is nowhere on this list.
MattM
If a school/coach needs to submit someone's information for the list. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1S5EJxmB85gE5UEbvoyBYcQVEabr3kjv9w9m7NJbHUwI/viewform

I can think of a few Coaches over 100 that are not on the list or very close to
Silence Dogood
How many does Brent Faurote have? He has to be up there, but I didn't see his name anywhere on the list.

IndianaWrestlingGuy1
90% sure Lance Rhodes eclipsed 600. He was a 25 dual winner annually. He at least eclipsed 500.
GrecoCoach
I agree that all of these great coaches should be on the list somewhere. All it takes is someone from the program to figure out the exact number of wins as a head coach and submit the form. I'd be happy to add a lot more deserving names to the list. jjacoby
Most of those guys mentioned in the last few posts, coached before the era of dual tournaments. Take that in account and a rebuilding year or two and they may have not won as many as you think.
SLDchamp
I'm not seeing him mentioned but I'd have to think Jamie Welliever, now Southmonts assistant, is quite high up on the list

One of the greatest Coaches in Indiana history, Coach Lance Rhodes, retired with a record of 425-37-2 after stints at New Castle and Cathedral. Coach Peck
Coach Rhodes only coached at the High School level for 26 years. He started out at New Castle (where he coached the incredibly handsome Rex Peckinpaugh) and then took a short break to coach at Hanover College until they dropped the program. He then went to Cathedral.
OldIndyGrappler
Bill Yozipovich from Greenfield-Central had over 200 wins in the early 90's. He coached until the late 90's, so I know he is up there.

We need more guys like Coach Rhodes in the sport. His passion was undeniable.

Tk12001
JD only has more than 200 but less than
upperweights
JD only has more than 200 but less than 250 So then Jamie Welliever wouldn't be that close either. It would take well over 30 years of coaching to get to 600, if my calculations are correct. With a 25 a season dual record win every year! He hasn't been a head coach long enough to make 600. Thanks for clarifying J.D.'s record for me.
