WarriorDad
WOW that was amazing I have seen that happen plenty of times with that much time left but never seen it called a stall. The problem I see most of the time is early in the period and wrestler will start doing the back away or when locked up will back out of the circle so to get a restart. Those are the ones I would like to see called a stall. This one was weak yet he had already been warned once.
FANMAN
I'm not sure I could call a stall off a restart with what was 1.1 seconds. But, it probably didn't need to end that way for him.

Jimtown 138
His first move was backwards. The ref nailed it...
rhayes
Rule 7-6-1 "Each wrestler is required to make an honest attempt to stay within the 10 foot circle and wrestle aggressively, regardless of position or the time or score of the match." This was clearly stalling by the definition but a very difficult call to make!
wrestlin4food
I've heard a ref tell coaches that if the kid backs out of the circle without contact he will hit him with stalling. Good call. All he had to do was keep good defensive position. I'm sure just posting on the guys shot could have prevented the call.
